Some of our products are made, embroidered or printed especially for you immediately after ordering, which is why delivery may take longer depending on the production location and Availability of the item may take a little longer to reach you.
Producing products on demand rather than in bulk helps reduce overproduction.
care instructions
Proper care of the items you buy from us can significantly extend the lifespan of the print or embroidery. The items can also be damaged if they are washed or dried at too high a temperature.
Here are some tips:
Embroidered clothing
Embroidered clothing can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a low cycle with a gentle detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is the safer option.
If you see color residue in the water, rinse the item in lukewarm water and then in cold water several times, but try not to rub stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry cleaned.
Do not leave the garment to soak after washing or leave it wet on a pile of clothes. Do not wring embroidered items and use cold air if you want to tumble dry them.
If you want to iron the items, turn them inside out first and ideally place them between two cloths. You should not wet embroidered items or use a steam iron before ironing.
Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes
Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes can be wiped with a damp cloth in the necessary places. If necessary, hats can be washed by hand with cold water. Do not use brushes.
Neither hats nor backpacks can be machine washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for more information.
Printed clothing (DTG/Direct-to-Garment)
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide range of printable items and colour options. We use high quality ink that will last a very long time if properly cared for.
Please note that the care instructions provided by the original manufacturer do not take into account the DTG printing process, so we recommend following the care tips on this page to properly care for your printed items.
Printed garments can be machine washed inside out on a cold, gentle cycle using a mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when absolutely necessary. You should not use fabric softeners or dry clean the items.
DTG printed items can be tumble dried on a low cycle, but it is best to let them air dry. They are best ironed inside out. The print should not be ironed.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading or damaging the print. The item may also shrink if you wash or dry it at too high a temperature.
